Suzy grew up in the country near Easton, California. She is a country girl to the core (built for being a boy mom) and learned how to adapt to city living when her family moved to Kingsburg in 2000. After graduating from Kingsburg High School in 2003, Suzy attended Fresno State and later Fresno Pacific University to major in Contemporary Christian Ministry with a minor in Liberal Studies. In 2010, she married her late husband Leo and became a bonus mom to Emily and Jason. Together they had Eli and Ashton.
Suzy has been in the education field since 2008 and is currently a Reading Intervention Teacher at Lincoln Elementary in Dinuba Unified School District. Her passion is making an impact on the lives of the next generation. When she is not in a classroom you will always find Suzy at the ballpark, on the basketball court or at the field (soccer and football) with her boys.
