Mailing Packages To Camp

Here’s how you’ll need to address your letter/package:

Wagon Train – [Camp Dates]
[Camper Name] – [Church registered with]

For example:
Wagon Train – June 15-21
Johnny Smith – ABC123 Church

IMPORTANT: Please send ten days prior to the desired delivery date!

Medications While At Camp

All medication(s) your students will need at camp needs to be packaged in a gallon zip bag labeled with your student’s name. Please also include a printout of the medications in the bag and the information on how much and when your student needs to take that medication

Final Stuff and Emergency Contact Info

There is no phone for students to use at camp. If you do not hear from us for the week, that is a good thing! This means your student is safe, healthy, and doing great at camp. 

 When we arrive at camp and our group is checked in, you will get an email from Hume Lake letting you know that your student is at camp and having an awesome time.

If you have a family emergency and need to contact your student or Coleman while we are at camp, do the following. This should only be used for emergencies. 

  1. Call Hume Lake at 559.305.7770

  2. Give them your student’s name

  3. The camp they are attending “Wagon Train”

  4. Our group name “The Well Kingsburg”

  5. Group Leader Name “Coleman Diffenderfer”
