Jeff Doolittle - Elder

In 2007, Jeff and his family began attending The Well in Fresno. Soon after, they began running into familiar faces of other couples and families from the Kingsburg area. As the Well consistently communicated the mission of "helping people connect to God and to each other in every neighborhood," Jeff began to consider the implications of the "every neighborhood" concept for people who were commuting 30+ minutes each Sunday to worship. This began a conversation involving Jeff, Brad Bell and other leaders at the Well in Fresno which culminated in the launch of The Well Kingsburg in the Summer of 2010.

Jeff currently serves on our Elder Board. He is passionate for the name of Christ to be exalted in every aspect of our lives, to the glory of God. He has a heart for growing and deepening disciples of Christ in Kingsburg, Selma, Reedley, Dinuba and the surrounding cities—disciples who are humbly submitted to God, growing in their knowledge and application of His Word, with a heart of love for God and neighbor.

Jeff grew up in San Diego. He met his wife Amy at Biola University, where he graduated in 1997 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Bible. He moved to Kingsburg in 1998. He and his bride now have three kids: Kaitlyn, Kyle and Jack. He returned to seminary through Bethel University and graduated in 2010 with his Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, reading broadly, and loves to play piano and guitar. He's also mildly fanatical about the San Francisco Giants.
